The service was impeccable, with helpful staff ready to cater to your every need. The restaurant offers mouthwatering cuisine and the in-room breakfast was top-notch. The private facilities were truly exclusive, making me feel like a VIP. The entertainment was on point and the location conveniently located near several tourist attractions.

Consistently high standards were let down by only one minor issue: the room decor seemed a bit outdated and in need of a refresh.

Great views and comfortable bed! The location was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve and the fireworks show was memorable. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines and the pool was spacious with plenty of seating.

The food service could have been cleaner and better organized. the housekeeping staff was not quite as respectful of privacy as expected, as they would sometimes knock and immediately enter the room without waiting for a response.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has easy access to main areas of Tunis. The rooms are well-designed with USB chargers and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast in the international restaurant is delectable as per some reviews. The hotel also has an incredible indoor pool with mini-whirl jacuzzis, a lovely view of the white buildings of the city, and beautiful gardens.

Some staff members are rude and unmotivated towards the guests as per a review.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful indoor pool and well-equipped gym at the Sheraton. The pool area was spacious and the gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout. The large and comfortable bed in our room provided a great night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and comfortable stay.

Everything was in place, and just as advertised.

The value for money was great and the room was spacious with a nice view. The location was convenient, close to the airport and downtown. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to help us, especially Mouna and the rest of the team.

Food for breakfast could be improved.

the hotel is good but very old /the AC in my room was noisy and the maintaince guy said i cont do anything???internet conection is very bad and they charge 24TD per 24.B/F on the site said 15EUR they charge 29EUR/this is not sheraton standard
